About the company

Founded in Sialkot’s world-renowned surgical instrument-making district, Izram Surgical emerged from generations of metallurgical expertise. Our journey began with a focus on combining standard clinical patterns with rigid, hand-finished quality controls that major international providers demanded.

What started as a specialized two-room workshop has steadily expanded into an advanced manufacturing facility. Today, we control the entire lifecycle of production—from forging premium grade stainless steel to distributing surgical instruments worldwide.

How it's made

From raw steel to a sealed tray.

Eight stages, each checked before the piece moves to the next station.

Steel selection

Stainless rod stock is sourced to DIN and AISI specification and checked against mill certificates before it enters production.

Cutting & forging

Rod is cut to blank length, then hot-forged into the rough profile of each instrument.

Milling & shaping

Blanks are milled to working tolerance, with jaws, ratchets, and joints cut to spec.

Heat treatment

Instruments are hardened and tempered to a target Rockwell range for edge retention and flex resistance.

Grinding & assembly

Joints are fitted, ratchets set, and moving parts adjusted for smooth, consistent action.

06

Polishing

Instruments are finished to satin, mirror, or matte specification depending on the order.

07

Inspection

Each batch is checked for finish, tolerance, and function against the original spec sheet.

08

Packing & dispatch

Instruments are cleaned, sterilization-packed on request, labeled, and prepared for export.
